About Pavilion
Pavilion was presented as the centrepiece of Vons’ new image in 1985. Because full-service pharmacies, additional service areas, and specialty merchandise are standard features, the locations are frequently larger than the ordinary Vons store.
The first location debuted in October in a 55,000-square-foot former Zody’s discount department store building in Garden Grove. The new store featured a full-service butcher shop, bakery, tortilla shop, small pizza restaurant, ice cream shop, delicatessen, florist, and pharmacy.
